I started a craft group in April ’06 through the local branch of
Cuidiu – ICT (www.cuidiu-ict.ie) . We meet one evening a month and learn a new
craft. So far we have tried our hands at decoupage, mosaics, silver
jewellery, fused glass jewellery, knitting, candle making, crochet, chocolate
making, decorating Christmas cakes, glass and ceramic painting, fimo,
scrapbooking, card making, silk painting, feltmaking bags and Christmas angels
and soap making. We are looking forward to the following in 2009: silk paper
bowls, faux enamelling, rug hooking, pottery, button and bead mosaic, drawing
and sketching. The craft group is based in the Bray, Co. Wicklow area. It is
consists of women with an interest in learning new crafts in a fun and
sociable environment. We take turns to
